Registration Information:

Sign-ups for soccer will be made available on our calendar and fliers will be sent home with children at West Street and East Meadow Schools. Registration forms must be completed for all players. Please click the above download for the registration form.

Players in the U9-U18 age bracket must provide a birth certificate.

Players in the U11-U18 age bracket must provide a 1" x 1" photo

and a birth certificate

The fees for our program are as follows:

Kindergarten & Under 8 (U8) $40.00

Under 9 (U9) & Under 10 (U10) $60.00

Under 11 (U11) -Under 18 (U18) $70.00

(Late fees after sign up dates will apply)

Age requirements for September 1, 2009 – August 31, 2010

U19	Born on or after AUG 1, 1990 & Younger
U18	Born on or after AUG 1, 1991 & Younger
U17	Born on or after AUG 1, 1992 & Younger
U16	Born on or after AUG 1, 1993 & Younger
U15	Born on or after AUG 1, 1994 & Younger
U14	Born on or after AUG 1, 1995 & Younger
U13	Born on or after AUG 1, 1996 & Younger
U12	Born on or after AUG 1, 1997 & Younger
U11	Born on or after AUG 1, 1998 & Younger
U10	Born on or after AUG 1, 1999 & Younger

Register soon as travel teams (U9 and higher) fill up quickly. While we make every attempt to have placement for all children signing up, we cannot guarantee that mailings received after the sign up dates will ensure that there will be room on a team for your child.
