GRANBY BASEBALL LATE REGISTRATION NOTICE2009 G.A.A. BaseballDear Parent/Guardian: Please understand that it is the goal of G.A.A. to allow all kids to participate in baseball. However, all must keep in mind that there are practical and inherent issues when children sign up late. It is imperative to have accurate numbers of participants to: line up with the town and divide among the age groups the limited number of fields (and coincide with the towns’ softball needs); order uniforms and equipment; meet league guidelines for inclusion and scheduling of teams; find umpires, and; find a parent(s) willing to coach. Thus your late registration will be gladly taken, and the player, if we are able, will be placed according to the order the late registration is received by me and only then will your check be processed. If we can work your child in, we will GLADLY do so. However if it cannot be done in harmony with what is listed above, I must honor the players who signed-up timely and will as quickly as possible notify you of same. Please mail the completed registration forms and fee to me with this in mind. Thank you for your cooperation. Mike Sarnacki |
